Cause and Effect

Cause and effect is probably one of the most important lesson in life we will learn. It's what makes the world work, and why it works the way it does. It's kind of like the law of three, what ever you send you get back times three.

It is simple, what it basically means is that every action has a reaction. Every thing causes something else to occur, whether it is good or bad. Even your thoughts cause reactions. Not only will they come back, they come back tenfold, ten times the amount of which you gave out. So it's probably best to stick to doing good things eh?

Cause and effect is our deciding factor, we think of what we are going to do and then what the consequences are after wards. But, this law doesn't only work in the physical world, but in all worlds, which includes the astral world.

But why do we have this law? It's so we can learn from our actions. When we were younger, we were taught to do keep on doing things if they were to get a good reaction and to stop doing something if it were to cause a bad reaction. The same thing can be said if things had gone wrong in someone's life. They would be told to look back in their life and to see what caused things to go wrong. Because the actions they did in the past caused things to go wrong in the end.

Have you ever seen the film The Matrix Reloaded? A guy talks about cause and effect. And although he uses a light hearted example of what it is, it's still important.

"Please, ma chérie, I've told you, we are all victims of causality. I drink too much wine, I must take a piss. Cause and effect. Au revoir."

Simple, yet important. Meaning no matter what you do there is always an effect afterwards.

Denial is the most predictable of all human responses, so to sit there and to deny or complain through tough times simply means you haven't learned from your actions. A bad situation should be an experience and something you must learn from. Only then can you grow and make the right decisions icon_smile

So now you know what cause and effect is, and you've probably known it all your life, or at least since you were able to think for yourself. But it's an important law, something we use everyday. It shouldn't be used lightly, because of the reaction, whether good or bad. Remember ... treat others how you would like to be treated.
